If you do not have a MUJJO ONLINE SHOP account, you can register as a new member (free of charge) to use it immediately. You can purchase products, check your favorite list and order history, and make repeat orders smoothly 24 hours a day.

Order Process

  1. Add a product to your cart
    Select the color, size, etc. of the product you want to purchase and click "Add to cart."
  2. Click the cart button on the top right of the cart confirmation
    screen and check the quantity and color of the items you want to order.
    Once you have confirmed the details, click "Proceed to checkout."
    *We cannot reserve stock until the order is complete.
  3. New member registration (free) / Login
    If you are not logged in, the login screen will be displayed.
    - Members who are not logged in: Please enter your customer ID (email address) and password.
    - Members who are already logged in: Please proceed to entering your delivery address.
    - Customers who have not yet registered: Please press "New member registration (free)" on the login screen and proceed to registration.
  4. Please enter the address of the delivery destination to specify the delivery destination. If you have already registered the address, the address you entered will be displayed. If there are any changes to the delivery address, please change it by "New delivery address" or "Edit".
    *We cannot accept changes to the delivery address or cancellations after the order has been completed.
  5. Choose your payment method
  6. Final confirmation of order details please confirm the order details and then press "Complete order". If you wish to amend or change the details, please do not press "Complete order", but rather make the changes by clicking "Edit details".
    *This is the final order screen. Changes cannot be made after an order is completed.
    *To prevent system errors, please do not press the back button on your browser after completing your order.
  7. Order Completion
    An order completion email (automatic) will be sent to the registered email address. Please keep it as it contains the details of your order.
    *If you do not receive the email, please contact us via the inquiry form.

Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. After shipping, you will receive a "Shipping Notification" email with details.

  • Shipping fee: Free shipping for orders over 11,000 yen (tax included) per order. If the amount is less than this, a flat rate of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged nationwide.
  • Delivery method: Sagawa Express
  • Delivery area: Limited to Japan
  • Checking the delivery status: Please enter the tracking number on the website of each delivery company. You can check the tracking number from the "Shipping Notification" email or from "My Page > Order History > Tracking Number".

*It may take some time for the tracking number of the shipping company to be updated.
*If you are not at home, the shipping company will notify you of your absence, so please redeliver the parcel and collect it.
*Please receive the parcel in person whenever possible. We are not responsible for any misdelivery, theft, or other troubles caused by leaving the parcel at a designated location.
*The product will be opened once for inspection before shipping.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card.

Cancellation, return, and exchange

Returns and exchanges after delivery for products purchased from MUJJO ONLINE SHOP, please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone within 7 days of receipt only if the product is defective or has an initial defect. Please return the product and any accessories included with the delivery, along with the invoice and warranty card (if included). Once we have checked the condition of the product, we will exchange it for a good product. If the product is out of stock, we will refund the product price (including fees). All shipping and fees will be borne by our company.
If an ineligible product is returned, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that we will contact the purchaser and resend the product.

<Ineligible products>
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that fall under the following categories.

  • Contact after 8 days from the date of receipt of the product
  • If the product has been used or there are signs of it being used (including washing and repairs)
  • If the invoice and warranty card are missing (only if included)
  • If any part of the product or accessories (including the outer box, cloth bag, shopping bag, etc.) are damaged or missing
  • Tags (including price tags), product tags, or labels are damaged or detached
  • If the wrapping or packaging materials included with the product are damaged or missing
  • If the product details page states that the item cannot be returned or exchanged

*We will only accept contact from the purchaser themselves.
*For products purchased in stores or on other EC sites, please contact the place of purchase.
*Mail order sales are not subject to the cooling-off period, so refunds and returns will follow the rules set by our store.

-Cancellation or change after ordering as a general rule, we cannot cancel or change products once they have been ordered.

After-sales service

At MUJJO, we provide after-sales service (repairs) so that our customers can use our products for a long time.
*Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the condition of the product.

<After-sales service flow>

  1. Please contact us using the inquiry form to inquire about the repair you would like to do.
  2. We will inform you of the estimated repair cost, shipping fee, and storage period.
  3. Please check the details and reply to the application.
  4. Once the repair is complete, we will mail it to you.
    *Return shipping fee after repair: Included in the repair fee.
