This case (black, for iPhone 12) looks great. The fit is perfect. There are no gaps, there is no misalignment with the sides of the phone, and it has a very low profile (the edges rise above the glass by about 1 mm). The case’s buttons are all properly aligned, and they require the right amount of force to activate the phone buttons.
The case is slightly textured — it’s leather, after all — so it feels smooth but also has enough sliding resistance against my fingers to give me a reliable grip. It’s not as “grippy” as a silicone or rubber case, but it also doesn’t attract dust and dirt like those materials either. It looks classy. If you’re comparing against Apple’s leather case, these cases look almost identical; the buttons are integrated into the leather with the Mujjo case, and the Mujjo case feels just a little smoother, less “sticky”.
There was a delay in delivery of my case, but NOT Mujjo’s fault (blame “world events, 2020”). I contacted Mujjo periodically for updates and they were ALWAYS very prompt with sending complete responses and they worked hard to make things right. I would definitely trust them with future orders. Their customer service team was fantastic.
