Customers from outside the European Union are not subjected to 21% Dutch VAT (Value added tax). A VAT calculation is made during check-out based on address details. Prices are shown without VAT to visitors from outside the European Union. Tax and duty differs between countries, states and in some cases cities so we can unfortunately not guarantee that the deduction will add up to the fees paid when receiving the package.
Shipping & Delivery
Mujjo delivers worldwide! We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods from Mujjo.com any country in the world.
We use Deutsche Post and Aramex as standard shipping partners. We strive to ensure that your products are dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of your payment.
We suggest you to choose your work address rather than your home address as the delivery address, as most couriers only deliver between 9am-6pm, and may require a signature on receipt. You can review our delivery options in more detail in the checkout, so you choose the one that best suits what you need.
Note that shipping costs depend on the quantity of your order and the country of destination. To get to know the shipping costs, simply add the product(s) you would like to buy, go to your Cart and then fill in the 'Shipping quotation' form.
Track & Trace
If you choose for a trackable shipment you can check the status of the shipment by filling in the tracking number (which you can find in the shipment email) on one of the following websites:
Shipments by Deutsche Post will be handed over to your local Postal Service. Please check here which Postal Service operates in your country. Fill in the tracking number on the website of your local Postal Service. There you can find detailed information about your shipment.
Shipping lead time
From the time of receiving your order we aim to have it processed, dispatched and in your hands as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4 working days unless stated otherwise on the product page. During busy times such as after a weekend or Public holiday - especially the two weeks prior to the Christmas holidays, processing times may increase on the lead up to Public Holidays, Please take into account our offices will be closed for holidays such as Christmas.
Notice that it can take up to 24 hours before your local Postal Service can track the standard shipment. For some countries the parcel will not be trackable in the local Postal Service's website. To get an idea of the shipping lead time, please check the shipping confirmation email, which indicates the shipping lead time of the option you chose. This shipping confirmation will indicate the estimated lead time to arrive at your door. However, please note that we are dependent on the Postal companies, so we cannot guarantee any delivery dates and / or shipping lead times. If shipping lead times are longer, we do not give any discount or reimbursement.
Standard vs Express
Please note that we do not give any priority to orders who chose for Express shipment when packing the orders. We work in a chronological order. The only difference is that an Express shipment will in most occasions have a shorter transit time, be more reliable and have a better tracking system.
Customs & Import
Customs or import duties can occur and are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country (outside the EU). These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
We give you the possibility to return a product without any reason. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, please email us within 14 days after receipt of your order. We will provide you a RMA instruction email, which clearly explains how to process the return. Once the goods are returned to us according to the instructions provided (in original and unused condition and packaging), we will give you a full refund for the goods. Any associated shipping costs or fees are non refundable.
Returns (change to different product)
In order to change the product to an other item, we ask you to return your product and place a new order on Mujjo.com with the item(s) you wish to change to. Please email us within 14 days after receipt of your order. We will provide you a RMA instruction email, which clearly explains how to process the return. Once the goods are returned to us according to the instructions provided (in original and unused condition and packaging), we will give you a full refund for the goods. Any associated shipping costs or fees are non refundable.
Despite the great care we take when processing your order, you may receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. In such cases, you must contact Mujjo within 14 days after receipt. You can do this via our online ticket system on our website, or by sending an email to support (at) mujjo.com. We will solve the issue for you.
Notice that irregularities may occur due to the nature of the handwork of our products. This makes each and every sleeve unique.
The following payment methods are available:
1. CreditCard: We accept a wide variaty of creditcards, e.a. MasterCard and VISA creditcards.
2. PayPal: PayPal allows everyone with an e-mail address to make and receive payments securely online via a personal credit card or bank account. PayPal members can use PayPal to make purchases quickly and easily on the Mujjo™ website. payments (at) brightbusinessgroup.com.
3. iDEAL: iDEAL allows you to pay for your online purchases safely, securely and easily. You will pay for your order in a secure online payment environment, with the specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker, you can use iDEAL immediately, without needing to register first. iDEAL only works for customers with a bank account based in the Netherlands.
4. Giropay: Giropay allows customers to use their Internet banking facility to pay for purchases whilst online, just as they do with a credit or debit card. This payment method is available to 17 million German bank account holders.
5. Mister Cash: The most popular payment system for internet usage in Belgium.
6. MultiSafePay: For our payments we use MultisafePay, a payment system that provides the most popular payment methods for webshops. It's fast, safe and easy.
7. Bank Transfer: If you do not have a credit card or bank account that is suitable for use with iDEAL or PayPal, you may also pay by bank transfer. Please transfer the total amount of your invoice to the Bright Business Group bank account, quoting the order number as a reference. We will process your order as soon as we have received your payment.

8. Collection: Unfortunately, it is not possible to visit us to collect products. We have agreements with POST NL, Deutsche Post and DHL Post and your package will be sent via mail order.
This means your order did not succeed. Please try again, we suggest to use Paypal (Paypal is less likely to fail). You would have to place a new order since this order automatically got cancelled.
Some reasons why it may get declined:
- If you ordered in USD make sure the currency during paying at Multisafepay is USD as well.
- If you order from a different IP address it might be expected fraud.
- If the invoice address is different from the delivery address it might be expected fraud.
- If the invoice address is different from the registered credit card address.
How do I order a product?
Ordering a product is quite easy: After falling in love with one of our products, hit the "Add to Cart" button. You will be automatically redirected to the shopping cart, where you enter your address and enter the payment part of the site. Privacy & Security
Each Mujjo™ product carries a limited Warranty of 30 days. The guarantee comes into effect from the date of delivery. Any and all necessary work to be done on the Mujjo will be done by Mujjo or its authorised agents. Any parts removed from any Mujjo unit become property of Mujjo. The repair and replacement of a Mujjo product under the factory warrantee does not compromise or extend the warranty period. The guarantee provides benefits which are additional too and do not affect your right as a consumer. Before any work can be carried out on a Mujjo unit, a proof of purchase will be requested. Without this proof, any work done will be chargeable at standard rates.
Mujjo is not liable for costs of repair or replacement of a Mujjo product as a result of: normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by user, faults as a result of wilful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Any repairs or alterations carried out by a 3rd party, other than Mujjo accredited parties or its authorised agents are not supported by Mujjo.
Touchscreen Gloves: Hand wash cold, do not dry clean, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry, do not use soap and do not wring the gloves. Hand wash them using cold water without any soap. Place the gloves on top of a towel, fold the towel and gently squeeze the water from the gloves. Let them dry flat.
Leather Touchscreen Gloves: Hand wash cold, do not dry clean, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry and do not wring the iPhone sleeve. Hand wash them using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and cold water. Saddle soap may also be used for leather products. Let it dry flat.
iPhone Sleeve: Hand wash cold, do not dry clean, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry and do not wring the iPhone sleeve. Hand wash them using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and cold water. Saddle soap may also be used for leather products. Let it dry flat.
iPhone Wallet: Hand wash cold, do not dry clean, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry and do not wring the iPhone wallet. Do not machine wash or tumble dry the iPhone Wallet. Hand wash the felt using cold water with a little liquid wool wash in. Hand wash the leather flap using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and cold water. Let it dry flat.
iPad Sleeve: Hand wash cold, do not dry clean, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry and do not wring the iPad Sleeve. Hand wash the felt using cold water with a little liquid wool wash in. Hand wash the leather flap using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and cold water. Let it dry flat.
Macbook Sleeve: Hand wash cold, do not dry clean, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry and do not wring the Macbook Sleeve. Hand wash the felt using cold water with a little liquid wool wash in. Hand wash the leather flap using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and cold water. Let it dry flat.
CAUTION: Do not put any Mujjo product in a washing machine or tumble dryer. Do not wring, do not bleach, do not iron and do not dry clean. Mujjo provides limited warranty on products. However, this warranty does not cover misuse, so any problems that come up as a result of incorrect washing or drying could void this limited warranty. For more warranty information click here.
